As a 16 year local to the Vail Valley, I have seen an incredible amount of change. With previous real estate experience in other fast paced markets such as the Toronto area of Canada, I recognize that this valley has unlimited investment potential. My experience as a broker in a busy full service real estate office has lead me to be involved in all aspects of real estate development from vacant land acquisitions to complete residential re-developments requiring zoning changes and community awareness issues.
Prior to real estate I was involved in the ski industry. My ski industry background brought me to the Vail Valley in 1991, where I worked in the business until 1999. I owned and operated my own business and as much as I loved the industry, I missed the client interaction in real estate, the challenge of finding the right property, and the creativity that is needed to construct the right contract for each transaction. Therefore, I made the choice to return to the real estate industry where I enjoy devoting my time.
